Ingredients

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

½ cup peanut butter

9 cups crispy rice cereal squares

1 ½ cups confectioners' sugar

Directions

Melt chocolate in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth. Stir in peanut butter and mix until smooth.

Remove from heat and add cereal. Stir until coated.

Pour powdered sugar into large resealable plastic bag. Add cereal and shake until well coated. Store in an airtight container.

Notes

Doubled recipe to use an 18oz box. It was great, but definitely add the cereal to the warm chocolate mixture before adding powdered sugar. Add it all back to the chex bag for storage. Plenty for snacking and giving to friends.
